Week 9 Fantasy Results

I'm still mad over Hue Jackson's decision to act like it's a preseason game and experiment with his receivers instead of working everyone in like a normal football coach. Regardless, I barely went 4-1 in my Fantasy Football leagues, no thanks to Jackson.

NFL

Vegas Vegans were projected to win 103.24-53.26

I thought I was playing a ghost ship. My opponent actually made some scary adjustments.

Vegans won 100.10-91.04.

Fleaflicker

Beavers were projected to win 124.68-68.65

Beavers won 84.55-54.6

ESPN

Spring Hellions were projected to win 149-145

Hellions won 136-126

CBS

The Scary One was projected to win 113-87

The Scary One lost 88-138.

Yahoo

The L.A. Riots were projected to win 91.66-82.21

The Riots won 81.30-79.80

So, I went 4-1 and I took my first loss in my CBS League. Aside from the fact that Heyward-Bey did not collect any points, I also had the Raiders defense, which cost me points. And Beanie Wells did next to nothing, while I had Pierre Thomas on the bench. My opponent had the Packers defense, Philip Rivers, Vincent Jackson, Anquan Boldin and Ray Rice.

So, I am going to bench Heyward-Bey in all my leagues until Jackson shows any sign that he knows what he's doing. I don't even trust Jacoby Ford or Denarius Moore at this point. The only sure players I'd trust in Oakland are Michael Bush and Darren McFadden when he returns.
